About: Beaumont Hospital

I had an appointmennt for a voice problem on the 10th october only to be told that the camera needed was away for cleaning therefore rendering my visit totally timewastincausing more anxiety and concern

On booking the appointment I made it quite clear the nature of my problem only to be told on attennding that the critical equipment was away being cleaned this has caused me more etress and in my opinion should have been avoided totally unprofessional

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear of your experience at our hospital. We have a preventative maintenance programme for all equipment in the hospital and provision is made to either work around any equipment down-time, or to obtain replacements whilst our regular equipment is being serviced.

Your experience leads me to think that this might have been an unforeseen equipment breakdown.
