My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. She has had a mastectomy and follow up chemotherapy at the Wansbeck. We cannot thank all the staff enough who we have come across in the many appointments she has had at the hospital.

First of all I do hope that your wife is recovering well after her treatment. It’s so important to us that we know our patients are receiving the excellent care that we would expect so I’m very pleased to hear that your wife has been so well looked after by the breast team throughout all her appointments. Your comments will mean a great deal to them all and I will make sure they are passed on so they know the difference their hard work makes to patients and their families.
