The staff on ward F5 were very professional at all times combined with a happy and cheerful atmosphere .This was my second operation in 18months firstly a hernia and now a gaul bladder removal both these operations were performed by a surgeon and team who i cannot praise enough. I have had previous operations carried out privately and apart from a room to yourself there is no difference. In fact mixing on the ward with other patients helps you to see other people situations. I would not hesitate in recommending West Suffolk to everybody. William Mulqueen
