I had to go into Waddington ward late on Wednesday evening. I am a week into having 6 sessions of chemotherapy and got an infection and my white blood cells had dropped. All the staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble . I went in not knowing how to put one foot in front of the other but came out well.
