"My mother is getting so much better"

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother - she does not have a computer.

She was referred to the Pain Management clinic for chronic pain lasting over 20 years.

She's just about to finish a 6 week introduction to gentle movement class and honesty, the results are miraculous.

She is regaining strength and balance in her body - but more importantly she's becoming more confident in her ability to weather the days that her pain returns.

She's less afraid when pain happens, and her optimism for life is returning.
