"Delay from the radiography department"

I had a TIA on Tuesday night and went by ambulance to the hospital on Tuesday.

The A & E department was extremely thorough and I was released but had an appointment the following day with the TIA clinic.

I cannot fault the excellent attention I was given both by the consultant and nurse.

The problem came following my MRI scan.

I was told to be in the waiting room at 2.30 pm for the results of the scan.

The results eventually arrived at 4.15 pm. This delay was unacceptable and caused me a good deal of stress.

When the rest of the day went so well, it was a pity to end on a bad note.

As I say all the other staff involved were faultless.
