"Bear ward!"

About: Great Ormond Street Hospital Central London Site

My son was admitted to bear ward following cardiac complications. The staff are very incompassionate and rude. The ward is very loud they do not care for patients and families who already have such a hard time in order to keep noise level to a minimum. Staff converse directly outside your cubicle area even if it's 2 am. I personally have to tell them to be quiet as my son is trying to sleep. Being a hospital that get given many donations they cannot use their brain to get doors that do not slam. So doors are getting banged shut all day and all night. If you ask a member of staff something nice they respond by giving a lot of attitude. Overall our experience was absolutely rubbish.
