What I liked

The Endoscopy and Treatment Unit overall was nothing short of first class.

Staff took time to explain the treatment in depth, and remained patient and answered all my concerns.

The treament staff offered care second to none, making me feel as comfortable as possible, explaining each part of the treament.

The Unit was very clean and appeared well looked after.

So nice to be treated with such diginty and respect
