The appointement was for our daughter to meet with a Neurologist at a pre araneged time at this hospital.A follow up appoinment following a disastrous meeting 15months earlie, with another Neurologist at the Neurological Hospital. When we had the misfortune to be kept waiting one and a half hours before we met one of the rudist doctors we had ever met in an airless dark room. Frustratingly at commencement of meetung this doctor for first time, they wanted to cancel our daughters appointement, due to them having her medical notes. Even though our daughter had been an inpatient at the Neurological hospital and attended annual NHS appointments at St Mary's in Paddington over many years. Thankfull today the reception and nursing staff at this hospital were polite & helpful to our daughter, we were not kept waiting to meet the consultant and they was polite, enquiring and explained easily to our daughter her diagnosis and recommendations.
Keep up this quality of care and 5* will be awarded when we return. Thank you.
