"Phlebotomist"

I cannot comment on maternity services as a whole as I have only just joined as a patient but I have visited the City Hospital, Dudley Rd maternity clinic for a Glucose Tolerance Test with an appointment at 8.40am today (8/10/2015), I would like to express how impressed I was by the senior phlebotomist. They were very professional and efficient and took the greatest care to ensure I was comfortable as well as running the clinic to time. I have had experience of care in many hospitals and more blood tests than I can count and they really stood out. I apologise for not getting their name but wanted to convey that individuals like them keep my faith in the running of the NHS and feel their efforts should be recognised.
