Yesterday my son was taken to a and e. All staff were skilled, professional and so friendly. 3 who had treated him stopped by later on to see how he was. Doctors very hands on and involved , looking for different solutions for his dislocation to make it good for him. Lots of consultants on hand and great nurses. Special thanks to the amazing doctor in Cdu last night working on bays 1 to 5 , who treated all patients with such friendliness and dignity despite being rushed off their feet. They discharged my son and organized his aftercare , amazing attention to detail under pressure whilst being able to connect to a grumpy 19 year old. The nhs is run on the skills and goodwill of professionals such as this person, who go beyond the call of duty to help others. Thank you.
"Nhs at its best"
