"Minor injury"

I visited the Minor Injuries/Urgent Care Department last night with my sister and young nephew who had cut his chin accidentally at home. The Reception staff were friendly and efficient. All the nursing staff we saw were fantastic, calming and reassuring my nephew that he would be well cared for. He came in very worried about what was going to happen but left feeling much better - and with certificates and stickers for being so brave. Thanks everyone.
