"Wrong online rating"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I would like to a sure people that the online rating for this hospital is total wrong they deserve 5 star . It was my personal experience all my family and friends scared me about the bad reviews of this hospital also when I checked online the rating and reviews scared me . I was afraid to give birth to my newborn as I was first time mum to be.

Long story short as soon as my water broke and labour pain started I went to th hospital and from that time till my discharge

I was looked after as a VIP .

I would specially thank my Midwife who helped me deliver on the 2/10/2015 i wish everyone has a midwife like them they made my first time experience life time memorable and all the staff of triarge and Mary ward.

Please do not believe the reviews online as the hospital doesn't deserve this.

I am delighted to hear that our Maternity team were able to make your first birth such a memorable experience. I will make sure that your feedback is passed on to the teams in triage, the labour ward and Mary ward, as it is always nice to receive good news. Congratulations on becoming a Mum!
