"I visited the minor injuries clinic ..."

About: Congleton War Memorial Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I visited the minor injuries clinic after a fall and was 100% satisfied with the care I received, which was excellent. I was seen very quickly (within 5 minutes - I dread to think how long it would have been if I'd gone to Macc A&E instead), taken seriously and treated with care and professionalism. Although my injury was relatively minor I was offered a full investigation/X-ray etc to ensure appropriate care, and the practitioner who took care of me was extremely professional and respectful (and friendly) throughout. I had not visited the hospital before but was extremely impressed, and hope that the rumours I heard previously about the possibility of this hospital closing are not true, as otherwise I would have had to travel much further away, probably have to had waited much longer, and quite possibly not received such excellent care. Very impressed, would recommend. Thank you.

What could be improved

Nothing.
