About: Congleton War Memorial Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was seen a number of times for aftercare on a burn injury.

Each time I was seen very promptly and was attended to in a very professional and caring manner.

Consequently I had to attend Macc A&E again for the same problem, I spoke to the minor injuries unit prior to this visit - they made the special effort to ring through to Macc who in response had all my details ready.

This quality of care exceeded all my expectiations and would have done a private hospital proud.

Thanks to all

What could be improved

It would be useful if doors could be opened before 8.30 so people could wait indoors

Many thanks for your positive posting. We are pleased to hear that the quality of care you received exceeded all your expectations. Unfortunately the doors cannot be opened before 8.30am due to staffing levels.
