"Ward 39 HDU"

About: Leeds General Infirmary / General surgery

(as the patient),

I am currently a patient on this ward and have never been so disappointed by the way I have been spoken to by two members of the night team.

I have just had an op and am unable to move very well. I have to be turned in order to not get sore and in 2 nights have been turned twice with a fight and spoken to disrespectfully . Only after two days have I had one of them tell me that a member of staff doesn't want to work with me and cry in my face asking me what I want.

When I am in hospital and very sore from sweating and not being turned all I want is to be comfy. Then to make things worse they proceed to talk about me between each other and in front of other patients. I am appalled.
