My local children's centre recently put on a series of baby massage classes which have been absolutely wonderful. The classes have been really informative and practical and gave plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss the different techniques aswell as how we were all getting along with our little ones.

Leanne has been so supportive since my very first visit to the children's centre, she is always welcoming and feels like part of our family. She goes out of her way to make sure that we enjoy any sessions that we attend including the baby massage sessions, adding extra information and discussions about things like weaning so that we get something from every session even if our babies aren't cooperating or in the mood for massage!

I have been coming to Pleasley Hill since my little girl was only 6 weeks old and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in the area, the building is lovely and it is a great environment to be in for both me and my little lady! I only wish they had more sessions there as due to a lack of transport I cannot attend any of the other Children's centres in my local area with ease.

Thank you for sharing your story with us, its really good to read that you have enjoyed and found the baby massage sessions useful. I am also pleased that you have found Leanne to be supportive and welcoming, I know she puts alot of time and effort into planning the sessions, I will make sure she gets to read this.

Getting to the centres can be really difficult for alot of families, we therefore are continuelly reviewing the sessions that we run from the various settings, and encourage parents to be part of this process through consultations, parents forums, and the LAG (local advisory board). We currently have a consultation running, which you may have seen in centre and already completed. If not it would be great if you could do this, if you are unsure please ask a member of the team.

Thank you again, and I hope that you and your little lady continue to attend the centre.
