What I liked
The medical staff were more than helpful, respectful and caring.
What could be improved
The standard of nursing care and knowledge and skills on Ward 46. The respect to patients could be improved. The standard of cleanliness also could be greatly improved. The timing of treatment and to carry out treatment plans when they should be.
Anything else?
Any improvement will be of great benefit to any patient on that ward.
