What I liked
I arrivd in emergency and the attention from then to my operation 24 hours later could not have been bettered. When I moved into "Admin Mode" the quality did deteriorate somewhat.
Getting my next appointment was somewhat difficult - and I was told eventually that I would receive a letter. No letter arrived - I phoned the Ward I as on - and the sister phoned me back within 30 mins with a date (back to the brilliant"emergency mode). On the 19th I did receive the letter (2 days after the appointment date). I understand that you use TNT to sort your mail and deliver it to the Royal Mail. I would recommend that you have it reviewed.
Finally - thank you again for the wonderful treatment I received.
