"Urgent Care Centre - NOTHING BUT PRAISE!"

About: Erith & District Hospital

I had to visit here to get some burns seen to on a Friday evening.

It was busy but fortunately the nurses on duty can deal with injuries like mine so I didn't have to wait long.

The first nurse I saw explained about my burns and how the should be treated.

They then advised me to come back to get them re-dressed.

On my two return visits I was seen by a nurse who apologised for keeping me waiting (5 minutes!

That's not a wait).

They too were excellent and courteous.

I really can't praise the two staff I saw enough.

It must be frustrating seeing the amount of time wasters that go there but they treated me well and professionally.

Thank you for your feedback it is lovely to receive positive comments.

Generally the nurses deal with injuries and the Doctors deal with illnesses within our urgent care centres although the staff can treat both.

I hope that your burns are healing well
