What I liked

Hi - just wanted to express our thanks for the excellent service we received when my nearly mother-in-law (who is in her 80's) became ill whilst we were touring in our campervan during the middle of the week beginning 14 September. Mrs Morse (Dilys Mary Morse) has a permanent catheter fitted and this became blocked and so we had to make an urgent visit to your A&E Dept.She was seen by a lady who, according to Mary, was absolutely marvellous. She had to have a new catheter fitted and was spared much embarrassement by the kindness of this lady and other staff. This has unfortunately happened before and she dreaded what she knew would have to be done and the not so good treatment she has received before.

We really would appreciate it if you could pass this on to your A&E Department.
