"Amazing staff and care"

Without the critical care department my life would be in ruins.

Words can simply not express my affection for the staff or the respect I have for everyone working the long hours and sacrificing their own time to benefit others.

I spent several months down in Papworth and the treatment provided to both patient and family shames most other hospitals and GP's.

Some of the staff will always hold a special place in my heart.

Whilst I have many painful memories of my time down there with equal measures in absolute joy, I only hold happiness and a warmth for the staff and what a wonderful, wonderful bunch they are.

Equally the community which is also a large part of what makes this place so special.

What was a nightmare became a fairytale ending, all credit to those whom work exceptionally hard for the wellbeing of others.

I'll be forever in your debt.

The staff all deserve credit for their warmth and professional attitude.

From surgeon to physiotherapist are absolutely outstanding and believe you me I can be the harshest critic.

A special note to those special, special people whom welcomed my family with open arms months after we left and returned on a visit, we were remembered months afterwards.

As a family we will never ever forget the joy, happiness and future you have given us.

You will always be remembered.

Without you I would not be whole, words can never express my gratitude and I still think about many staff involved on a daily basis.

We plan to visit in the future to show how important you are, as a family we are whole again, this is a gift that can never be bought.
