"Short stay,excellent patient care,excellent staff"

I was on the day case ward for minor surgery. From booking in to discharge, there was a very clear pattern of excellent patient care. All the staff apart from a stroppy doctor who was acting like a petulant child (embarrassing to patients walking past and highly irritating to staff) were brilliant.
