"Very rude Nursing Staff at (Surgical Assessment..."

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

The nursing staff at the surgical assessment unit are so rude and speak to you in a very inappropriate manner, not only to family and friend but to the patients aswel. If we have to call them because the patient is in pain they look at you funny, or use language like, "what do you want" or "what is it now", they leave patients waiting for them for hours, they just ignore you, but spending their time gossiping at the nurses station, I'm not only saying that i actually heard them on so many occasions myself. Anyways cleaning staff and all staff in mint green tunics was lovely and so helpful.
