Security staff are very rude and act like Bouncers more than being helpful hospital staff.Do not wear name tags too.

I am sorry that you found the security staff rude and not like other hospital staff. Most of our security staff now wear a yellow padded gillet with their own individual number displayed in large letters on it as their individual identifier. If this was not the case it may have been a temporary member of staff and I am sorry that they were not identifiable to you.
