I attended a consultation on 25th August followed by minor skin surgery on 11th September. My whole experience at the hospital was fantastic from start to finish. From the sweet elderly volunteer who could see I was looking for where to go and helped me, to the friendly manner and fantastic communication from the staff on the phone before my visit and between and after my appointments. Most of all I want to give massive thanks to the nurses and consultant in the dermatology department when I had my surgery procedure. I was made to feel very relaxed and well looked after and due to what I believe to be the fantastic skills of the surgeon I had minimum to no pain whatsoever during and after the procedure.
Thank you so much Hereford Hospital Dermatology you are a credit to the NHS. I really hope the consultant and nurses involved are given due credit for the work they do.
