"Very good"

My father just had a treatment done, the whole process took over 5 hours which was expected. I was very happy with the front desk service as soon as I came in we was greeted with a smile, the staff there was very peasant always polite. The doctor that saw my father was extremely brilliant in explaining the procedure, my Dad being my dad isn't easily pleased or satisfied but he himself couldn't thank the Doctor enough for being so brilliant.

The overall cleanliness of the hospital was spotless, well lit and enough to keep you entertained for hours on end, as there was a television in the room.

The only things that probably needed improvement would be the way the nurses asked questions and presented themselves. Certain questions were asked too hastily and some we did not understand.

For the duration we were at the hospital not once did a nurse come and ask if my father needed a glass of water, or if he was comfortable. We were not told how long we had to wait or what was happening next, leaving us wondering for hours.

Other than that we were satisfied with out stay at Black Heath.
