"She took the greatest care to ensure I was comfortable"

I visited the City Hospital, Dudley Rd maternity clinic for a Glucose Tolerance Test with an appointment today. I would like to express how impressed I was by the senior phlebotomist. She was very professional and efficient and took the greatest care to ensure I was comfortable as well as running the clinic to time. I have had experience of care in many hospitals and more blood tests than I can count and she really stood out. I apologise for not getting her name but wanted to convey that individuals like her keep my faith in the running of the NHS.
