"Hospital great - particular employee not!"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Hospital appointment and treatment ok. However I have postponed writing this review for some time. One particular member of staff was rude, abrupt and inconsiderate. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. Some clinical support worker! Or whatever their title is. They belittled other patients and made them feel devalued. I would never recommend receiving treatment from them.
