About: Northwick Park Hospital

I am not happy with PALS.

They did not reply to my e-mail of the 26th September and only when I personally called in on the 29th September did I get to speak to someone about lost possessions.

I feel that they have a duty of care to their patients and my husband who in CCU was very distressed about the loss of many items. I e-mailed again yesterday but I am still awaiting a reply.

We lost a mobile phone in March from a ward in this hospital and even though it was followed up that time it was not recovered. Again we have lost a mobile phone and many more items.

I feel that these bags must be sitting in the hospital somewhere waiting for someone to collect them.
