I spent most of sunday 27th to 29th September on level 4 south wing supporting my Dad and the rest of our immediate family.
The care provided by the staff at all levels was exemplary.
The decision to cease invasive medical procedures to allow him to die with dignity were taken sensitively and at the right time.
We were given privacy so that we could spend precious time with him and our physical needs were also catered for.
Despite being under pressure the staff showed true vocation and made a really positive contribution to Dad's death which we will never forget and would like to thank them for.
"Joseph Mccormack's care during the final days..."
