What I liked

I liked the the way that you are seen to in the hospital and their new approach to self healing. 20 minutes at the book in desk and then 3 hours in the waiting room in the end I left and decided to book myself into my doctors and see my GP.

As an ex NHS Employee I am disgusted at the level of service provided.

What could be improved

Maybe a better management team.
