"Occupational therapist was very helpful"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I went for my first appointment with an occupational therapist to help with my arthritis. Miss Brown was excellent and explained things very clearly to me which was very helpful. I would be extremely likely to recommend this service to my friends or family.

Dear Edge882

I was pleased to read your positive comments today on both the service which was provided to you at Wishaw General Hospital and the way in which the Occupational therapist delivered that service. It is always a pleasure to hear that patients have a positive experience when coming into contact with our service and to know that we do make a difference.

It is heartening to know that you would recommend our service to others and I would like to thank you for the time taken to make your thoughts known to us. I will ensure that Miss Brown is made aware of your words of praise.

Best wishes

Helen
