I was a little apprehensive at first, especially when having to register at an open/public reception area (the receptionist did not understand why I was there and who I was there to see- I did find this very awkward and a bit off putting). This is a reflection on the front of house staff at the centre rather than the service itself.
I found the sessions extremely beneficial and enlightening- it was the first time that I had been able to fully articulate my feelings and thoughts, around a number of aspects of my life. I was able to give my thoughts, emotions and feelings a depth of clarity not previously experienced. I could put things in context and identify ways in which to view things in a more positive light and then move on. this means that I do not dwell on things and I suffer far less anxiety as a result. A very worthwhile experience.
