What I liked

I visited the blood clinic during my visit and they could not have been friendler and made me feel at ease.

What could be improved

The administration staff where rude and lost my notes every visit, the medical staff did not listen to my needs and I was left waiting for nearly 2 hours each visit.

Anything else?

Each visit to the anti-natal department my notes where lost, I was called the incorrect name. I had to remind the medical staff that I needed a test doing. Overall I lost total confidance with this hospital.
