Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the Bridgwater MIU.

I was really sorry to read that your visit to our hospital was less than satisfactory, and I will be very happy to look into this matter further, however, I will need some more details from you.

If you would like to call the PALS service, on Tel: 01278 432022 or email at pals@sompar.nhs.uk I will be able to action a more thorough enquiry on your mothers behalf.

I will still share your comments with the manager for MIU's, and ask for feedback regarding the Xray department, this service is provided by Musgrove Park Hospital, and as such they have particular operating hours, closing at 5pm, however, if a patient has been added to the system as requiring an Xray, the staff will wait to complete this.
