Exceptional care from Health Visitor. I was treated as an individual by her rather then a statistic, as a mother to a stillborn baby and now a mother to a premature baby I am very often put into a category, Julie never ever did that. I was / am always made to feel that I have someone I can turn to for support with any concerns I may have. She listens when nobody does and as a result my baby's progress is going from strength to strength. Julie's support for not only my baby but myself as been absolutely outstanding and as made a very difficult time more of a journey then a nightmare.

The only thing that could be improved are the phone lines and clinic communication

Dear Esmay16, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care and support you received from Julie your Health Visitor, especially with the difficulties you have described. It must have been a really difficult and worrying time for you and I'm so pleased that you received such exceptional care when you needed it.
