What I liked

The medical staff took every step to find the cause of my seizure before I was discharged and liased cloely with Christies every step of the way. Nursing care on the wards was good

What could be improved

Some slight confusion over discharge procedure meant some drugs were left in locked cabinet.

Anything else?

Helpful with providing toothbrush etc.
