"Really bad new patients registration service"

About: Homerton University Hospital

My husband and I have been trying to book an appointment to start an IVF fertility treatment (self funded). The member of staff in charge at the fertility clinic has really bad attitude. I confess we couldn't understand some of the procedures to register but instead of trying to explain nicely the member of staff was really rude.

A good family friend recommend us this clinic, but with that attitude what can you expect from the rest of the staff.

We decided not to go there.
