"Radiology - Absolutely Wonderful Department!"

I have recently been to this department before, for an MRI scan.

This time it was for an angiogram. The place runs like clockwork, and from arrival to leaving their efficiency is amazing.

The reception nurse was cheerful and welcoming. The waiting room was spotless. The radiographer actually comes to fetch you and is so pleasant and kind. Once in the scanning room, the attendant nurse was extremely reassuring and gentle.

Both times, the atmosphere of caring and kindness was overwhelming. It's great not to have to wait for ages, and to feel they really care about the welfare and well-being of their patients.

I can't speak highly enough of this department.

It makes an enormous difference when one is a little apprehensive. Thank you so much to all concerned.
