"Fantastic care"

About: Kettering General Hospital

Please can I express my extreme gratitude for the fantastic treatment my son received in the past two weeks. The paramedics and staff in A&E were great and got us up to the children's ward as quickly as they could. Once we got there it was amazing. Facilities were spotless, so many toys, beautiful sensory room, great area for parents to make a cuppa and our room was lovely. Non of this, however compares to the level of care my son received and the communication from nurse, Doc and myself. A potentially terrifying experience was dealt with, with such professionalism and kindness.

You are a wonderful team and I cannot thank you all enough.

We realise that coming in to hospital is a very traumatic experience for the whole family so by providing a child friendly environment we can hopefully go a little way to help the child settle and feel comfortable.

We aim to keep the level of care to a high standard and we are glad that you were dealt with kindness and professionalism.
