About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Never have I been treated with such disrespect and rudeness by a member of the Nursing profession. I asked to see a Doctor and was informed loudly in the waiting area that if I wanted to see the Doctor I would have to rebook. The consultation that followed did not take my feelings or questions into consideration. I was issued with a prescription for a medication I have qualms about taking by a "pithy rude and insensitive" so called Nurse Specialist. Maybe that person is a specialist in their profession but I think they had no manners or respect for their patients.

As a member of the Nursing profession myself, I feel people like this give us a bad name and would have to question whether or not they should be in that role. They certainly does not enhance the reputation of a hospital that already has such a poor public profile.
