About: University Hospital (Coventry)

My mother was admitted into A&E in the early hours of Saturday 3rd October and was cared for by the nursing staff in the Resus department. The nurses were compassionate, professional and exemplary in the way they treated my mother and family.

This was easily the best NHS experience we have received in recent years. On behalf of our family, we would like to say a massive thank you to the nursing staff on the Resus ward on the night of 3rd Oct. This staff made a very difficult situation much easier for us to deal with.
