"The midwives do an amazing job"

(as the patient),

I had my daughter September 2015, I was planning for a vbac and despite having very conflicting information from consultants earlier on, when I went into labour the midwives were incredibly supportive.

I had fantastic care throughout my labour, and when it ended in a caesarean I was taken care of incredibly well by the surgical, anaesthetic and midwifery teams. My aftercare was also faultless, I think the midwives do an amazing job and are incredibly compassionate and caring.

I felt very lucky to have had such a positive experience and can't thank the amazing midwives enough.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback about the care and treatment you received at the PRUH when you had your baby.

It's always good to hear when we get things right. I will make sure that your comments are shared with the staff.

I do hoe that you and your baby are doing well.
