"Maxillofacial in accident and emergency"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I was unfortunate yesterday in having a tooth removed at my dentist and the bleeding didn't stop afterwards... phoned him back, but they closed early, the private emergency number didn't answer either, so I called 111 for advice... they told me to go to the QMC, which is my local hospital.

I can't praise the medical attention enough from the maxillofacial department who went beyond care to reassurance when I had to return back in the early hours of next morning feeling very faint.

It’s great to hear you were well looked after and our team did such a good job keeping you informed about what was going to happen next in your care. I hope you’re recovering well.

Kind regards,

Hannah Docherty.
