I came to heartlands hospital about 2 weeks ago because I couldn't move from my back pain and my right leg, I was in so much pain, I was crying that's how painful everything wa, I rung 111 and explained everything and they said I must go to the hospital, I came there ASAP and after some time waiting I was called and I had some blood tests done, they said I have to weight for results which waited, the result came all fine and the doctors assistant came ( that's who they said they were) and they asked questions if I had a fall or have fallen off stairs, I said I would have remembered but the the pain has started itself a few weeks ago and it came building up to become extremely painful. With no shame whatsoever the doctors assistant turned round and said it is nothing wrong with you go home and take paracetamol, I said can I see the doctor, they said the doctor will say the same thing. We are very busy seeing patients with real problems. I felt extremely bad being treated like that and do I left, called a taxi and on Monday I went to see my GP
"completely dissatisfied"
