"A & E visit"

I visited A&E this morning following a series of breathing difficulties. Although mine was not a life threatening case, I was greeted by the reception staff very calmly and attentively.

I was seen within moments of arriving and was delighted with the level of care given within the first few minutes of entering a cubicle. All tests were carried out and results returned shortly after, including a chest X-ray.

I was referred to the ENT department with helpful parting advice from the A&E team. The entire experience was over within two hours.

They have all been very good to me and I am pleased to offer them this support.
