About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

My mother is a frequent patient and it always seems she is discharged too soon and ends up back in a few days later. My complaint is that when told to ring the ward it's not answered. It's just picked up and put down. No please ring back after x o'clock or anything. If that's indicative of the level of care they provide I fear for anyone on the ward.
