The Receptionist was very friendly and reassuring. Took me round to scanning area. Person running scan was fantastic. Really calm and encouraging throughout and realised how traumatic I found it despite the Valium which didn't seem to help with the claustrophobic panic at all. Provided blindfold and talked throughout to tell me length of each scan etc. They made sure I was alright before letting me leave the bed and was genuinely caring. I was extremely grateful that all of the staff were so kind and cannot praise them enough. Brilliant!
