some very friendly and caring staff
What could be improved
one member of staff came to remove a drip and did this without saying a single word, no hello no what she was about to do, dripped blood all over the bed and walked off!
Anything else?
aftercare advice was very patchy, noone knew whether i had any stitches or not. no inspection of the wound, wend home and found stitches myself!! rang ward to see if it was on the file, no they werent, they will be dissolveable just keep having warm baths!!
felt as though asking questions was causing trouble, not a happy patient at all, must say though that the anesthetics team and the recovery nurses and the porters were absolutely brilliant!
